These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Memories Club, operated by One Vision Photography & Videography, based in Bridgend, South Wales, United Kingdom. By joining the Memories Club, you agree to the following terms in full.

1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to One Vision Photography & Videography.

“You”, “Your”, “Member” refer to the individual purchasing or subscribing to the Memories Club membership.

“Membership” means the yearly or monthly subscription plan under the Memories Club.

“Sessions” refer to the photography sessions included within the membership package.

2. Membership Plans

We offer two membership options:

Annual Plan: One payment of £395 for 12 months.

Monthly Plan: £39 per month, payable via recurring subscription for a minimum of 12 months.

Both plans include:

4 photography sessions per year (approx. 45–60 minutes each).Discounts on albums, prints, and wall art.

Priority booking access and exclusive member offers.

3. Payments and Renewals

Payments are processed securely through our online payment system.

Monthly memberships are collected automatically each month for a 12-month period.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month term unless cancelled in writing (see Section 5).

If a payment fails, we will contact you to update your details. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

4. Session Bookings

Members are entitled to two sessions per membership year.

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Locations are agreed upon prior to the session.

Additional travel fees may apply for sessions outside South Wales.

Sessions cannot be carried over into the following membership year unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of signing up and receive a full refund, provided no session has taken place.

After 14 Days: Membership fees are non-refundable once the first session has been booked or after the 14-day period, whichever comes first.

Monthly memberships must run for the full 12 months before cancellation. You can cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting us at:📧 [email protected]

6. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a booked session, please provide at least 7 days’ notice.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 7 days’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Weather-related postponements will be rearranged at no extra cost.

7. Image Use and Copyright

All images remain the copyright of One Vision Photography & Videography under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Members receive a personal licence to print and share images for personal use.

Images may not be sold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

By joining the Memories Club, you agree that we may use selected images for marketing, social media, or promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

8. Albums, Prints and Discounts

Member discounts on albums, prints and wall art apply only during the active membership period.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.

All print and album orders are custom-made and therefore non-refundable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless faulty or damaged.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances).

In the rare event that we cannot fulfil a session, we will offer a rescheduled date or, if not possible, a fair refund for the unused portion of your membership.

We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.

10. Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Your personal details are stored securely and will only be used for communication and service delivery relating to your membership.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
